The food is served for an hour and a half (2 hours for events with 50 guests or more).

Every Catering package will include three meats, corn tortillas, 4 quarts of rice, 4 quarts of beans, diced onion and cilantro, mozarella cheese, limes, hot and mild salsa, 25 quesadillas, homemade tortilla chips, plates, forks, and napkins.

  • Additional hour of serving (after the initial two) VARIES (must be arranged when booking the reservation and is non refundable)

  • Delivery and pickup w/in our delivery area
  • Setup and mixing of your first batch

What's recommended for your event:
0-50 Guests................................2-3 mixes
50-100 Guests.............................3-5 mixes
100-150 Guests...........................5-7 mixes
150-200 Guests...........................7-8 Mixes

**Machine requires a dedicated 120v circuit with 20amps and must be plugged in directly into wall without an extension chord**

Drop off package includes your choice of three meats for tacos , tortillas, rice and beans, diced onion and cilantro, shredded cheese, limes, salsas, homemade tortilla chips, plates, forks and napkins.

We will also drop off needed wire racks with chafing pans and chafing fuel to keep food warm. Minimum order applies and varies based on day of week.
