The food is served for an hour and a half (2 hours for events with 50 guests or more). Every Catering package will include three meats, corn tortillas, 4 quarts of rice, 4 quarts of beans, diced onion and cilantro, mozarella cheese, limes, hot and mild salsa, 25 quesadillas, homemade tortilla chips, plates, forks, and napkins. ​$60 surcharge for events at parks or hotels.

Drop off package includes your choice of three meats for tacos , tortillas, rice and beans, diced onion and cilantro, shredded cheese, limes, salsas, homemade tortilla chips, plates, forks and napkins. We will also drop off needed wire racks with chafing pans and chafing fuel to keep food warm. Minimum order applies and varies based on day of week.
