Who is Vegas Taco Bar?

Vegas Taco Bar is a Las Vegas taco catering company founded in 2012. We specialize in authentic Mexican taco catering for parties and events of 30 or more — weddings, birthdays, corporate events, school events, and celebrations across Las Vegas, Henderson, and Boulder City. We are known for our Live Taco Bar, where a cook prepares tacos to order on site from our taco cart.

What is a Live Taco Bar?

Our Live Taco Bar brings the taquiza to you. A cook sets up our taco cart at your event and makes tacos to order while your guests watch. Guests choose their tacos and finish them with fresh toppings. Every Live Taco Bar includes steak, marinated pork, and chicken (two proteins available if preferred), fresh corn tortillas, made-to-order quesadillas — the amount is personalized for each event — rice and beans, onion, cilantro, cheese, limes, mild and hot salsas, homemade tortilla chips, and plates, forks, and napkins.

How much does taco catering cost in Las Vegas?

Pricing depends on your guest count, whether you choose the Live Taco Bar or Drop-Off service, and the details of your event — weddings, corporate events, and private parties are each quoted individually so you get an exact price for your date. What is the Drop-Off Taco Bar?

The Drop-Off Taco Bar delivers everything cooked, hot, and ready to serve — no cook on site. It includes the same meats, tortillas, rice and beans, toppings, salsas, and chips, delivered and set up at your location. The setup equipment is yours to keep, so there is nothing to return.

What areas do you serve?

We cater throughout Las Vegas, Henderson, and Boulder City. Events more than a 20-minute drive from our Las Vegas base may include a small distance fee, which is always confirmed with you before booking.

What add-ons are available?

Popular add-ons include guacamole, grilled veggies, side salad, agua frescas, shrimp, a Loaded Nacho Bar, Mexican street corn, and a margarita machine rental. Tables, chairs, linens, and other rentals are also available — just ask when you book.

Is your food gluten free?

Yes — everything we serve is gluten free, including our seasonings, corn tortillas, and rice. The only exception is the flour tortillas used for quesadillas.

How do I book?

Complete the reservation form at vegastacobar.com/pages/reserve-now. A deposit secures your date and goes toward your total balance; the remaining balance is due on the day of your event. We confirm every booking personally by email.

Can I taste the food before booking?

Yes. We cater a public car auction twice a month at Dana Tow Truck, 3975 W Hacienda Ave, Las Vegas, on Wednesdays from 6:00–7:00pm. It is free and open to the public — come try the tacos. The setup differs from a catered event, but the tacos are the same.
